Yup you hear that correct this is Eden season 0, the capture before season 1 starts and all cities will be reset. this guide will be to in for you of what is expected and what is really happening in the game and why Season 0 changes for every server.
In the beginning it is easy and simple. Most likely someone in your alliance will be able to solo the first level 1 city. YOUR TROOPS WILL NOT DIE FROM ATTACKING THE LVL 1-3 CITIES. They will cost your truck 20 fuel points so make sure everyone is fully recovered if you have a small alliance.
As you can see the level of hero's, tier troops, and walls are all shown. After the city is destroyed you will have to recover the city to fully capture it. only after the city is restored will you get the city buffs. In the picture you can see the capture buffs but that is not all. you get a third buff after you recover each city and you only find it after it has been fully restored.
After a few weeks, depending on how fast everyone in your state is leveling up. The Oasis will open after 2 or 3 weeks. Here we will enter the lush green lands of lvl 3-5 resources, higher lvl zombies and cities that will now start killing your troops. That's right no more injured soldiers, troops will die depending on the city. Prepare your team.
Also take note on the level 4 information pages. You cannot stack buffs, only the highest level will apply and the rest is wasted. But you will still get the influence points just no extra added Atk or Def boost.
Congratulations on capturing your 6th city. this one is pretty tough based on your current level. but in a week or 2 you will not have problem with this level again.
No its time to take Eden herself. Most likely the top 6 alliances will have found some agreement by know as how this will go or it will be a complete war for the city. there are only 6 territories around Eden so only 6 alliances will make it to Eden. This is where the battle will get interesting.
When we fought Eden in server 61, there was only 5 garrison, 5 lvl 60 legendary minutemen with T6 troops. we destroyed the garrison in 1 rally and 8 trucks later the walls of 2000 were gone. In my state the whole server got together and created a super alliance and took it out together. we asked the developers about why it was so easy and they said its because we wanted you to fight over it. As a veteran State of Survival player and Game of War: Fire Age. I understand the whole battle for control, so be prepared for a possibly very easy Eden battle.
So Eden is only captured when it is fully restored. The Dev's wanted 6 alliances to have a long battle for control. If you are the last truck to break the walls, your alliance wins the Eden. but most likely if your server is at war there will be 50 other truck coming at same time. so if your alliance doesn't garrison fast enough and other trucks hit the Eden, and beat your line-up. then you will lose Eden and they will have it. Until 1 alliance fills Eden up with 50 garrison and defends it until the city is fully restored, it can be captured over and over again.
Also Eden is special to restore. It takes 500,000 to fully restore it. I will give another guide on how to manage troops when restoring cities. later on
